Escondido’s Police Update

On February 3, Lt. Suzanne Baeder bid farewell to her swing shift officers on her last workday with the City. Lt Baeder has served the city for over 22 years in various assignments to include patrol, K9, investigations, and was the first Lieutenant assigned to the Professional Services Bureau in 2022. We wish Suzanne all the best in her new adventures and thank her for her many years of dedicated service to the City of Escondido.
Congratulations
On February 4, Forensic Services Supervisor Bryanna Toussaint was promoted to the position of Police Support Services Manager. In her new role, Bryanna will be assigned to the Support Services bureau overseeing the Forensic Services, Property and Evidence, and Records Divisions.
