NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public meeting on August 18, 2020, at 6:00 PM, for early design review of the following project application:
P20-0170 – Alliance N. Santa Fe – Alliance Development Services, Inc.
The project applicant, Alliance Development Services, Inc., has submitted a preliminary proposal to develop 60 apartment units, inclusive of 5 affordable units, on a vacant 1.26-acre site (APN 161- 052-02-00) located on the east side of N. Santa Fe Avenue, 600 feet north of Bobier Drive. The project proposes a four-story building consisting of three residential floors above a ground floor parking garage, open space amenities, guest parking, and associated site improvements.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Planning Commission with an opportunity to discuss the proposed design of the project and provide direction to the applicant. The public will be provided with an opportunity to address the Planning Commission; however, no decision on the project will be made. A final decision on the project will be made at a future duly noticed public hearing.
