SAN DIEGO – January 25, 2021 – Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of the Garden View Apartments, a 56-unit multifamily property in North San Diego County’s City of Escondido for $14,450,000.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International San Diego Region’s Multi-Family Advisory Team represented the undisclosed seller. Wonder Dog Realty represented the undisclosed buyer.
The Garden View Apartments are located at 250 Rose Street, Escondido, CA. The total 3-building, 39,200-square foot property features a mix of 32 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 24 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The exteriors of the property and nearly all the unit interiors recently underwent significant renovations.
