The project applicant, Tideline Partners, has submitted a preliminary proposal for a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Specific Plan Amendment, and Site Development Plan for 181 apartment units on the 4.59-acre project site.
Early Design Review provides an opportunity for the Planning Commission to review the initial application and provide comments to the project applicant. The property owners surrounding the project site within 500 feet and any requesting such notice are notified of the meeting and provided an opportunity to comment. Following public input, the Commission is requested to provide any comments, critique, or concerns related to the initial proposal to the project applicant. The Commission’s comments are advisory to the applicant and are intended to provide direction regarding the further processing o the project application.
