This free virtual workshop presented by City of Oceanside and O’side Kitchen Collaborative will teach you the basics of creating a zero-waste meal, with fun and useful tips to incorporate sustainability into your cooking and household–straight from the City’s Green Oceanside Kitchen. This Sunday from 12-1 p.m., Chef Vallie Gilley will feature recipes and zero-waste kitchen hacks for both novices and experts for a quick, yet sustainable feast.
