At the Boys & Girls Club of Vista on Friday morning, friends and supporters, City Officials and neighbors gathered for the groundbreaking of the future sports fields behind the club.
This project is happening because of a $3.5 million state grant secured by Assemblywoman Tasha Boerner. We are all grateful for her recognizing how important it is to invest in our kids and our community.
The Boys and Girls Club does incredible work every single day. This new field is more than turf and goalposts. It will be a safe place for kids to grow, compete, build friendships, and just enjoy being young.
