Have You Seen This Plane at the Airport?

If you’ve been to the San Diego Airport recently, you may have noticed a particular plane that has become a regular sight. Every other day, this plane transports migrants from San Diego to McAllen, Texas, due to the Border Patrol facilities here being over capacity. The process is straightforward but troubling: migrants surrender to Border Patrol agents, are taken to a processing center, placed on buses, and then flown out—all at the taxpayer’s expense.

The numbers are staggering. Over the past year alone, more than 200,000 illegal immigrants have arrived in San Diego. Our Border Patrol facilities are overwhelmed, and local resources are being stretched to the breaking point. This isn’t just a matter of logistics; it’s a serious concern for the safety and well-being of our community.

Despite this, the current administration continues to allow thousands more into the country, exacerbating the situation. This unregulated influx tremendously affects our region.

I understand that many of you have asked what you can do to help fix this problem. The answer is clear: we need to demand action from our leaders. I urge you to contact your local officials—your representatives in Congress, the State Legislature, and at the local level. Tell them we must secure our borders and restore law and order in this country. We cannot continue down this path.

Our community deserves leadership that prioritizes border security, respects the rule of law, and ensures that our local resources are used to benefit San Diegans, not overburdened by federal failures.
