On October 22, 2020, at about 10:29 p.m., the Sheriff’s Department received reports of multiple shots fired in the area of the 600 block of South Vine Street in Fallbrook. Deputies responded to the scene and located an unidentified male with trauma to the upper body. Paramedics
pronounced the subject deceased at the scene. Witnesses stated they saw a vehicle leave the area at the time of the shooting.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Unit responded and has assumed responsibility of the investigation.
