Ironman Oceanside 70.3 Returns April 6

Oceanside welcomes the return of IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside, and IRONKIDs Fun Run!

Ironkids Fun Run takes place Friday, April 5, 2024, followed by Ironman 70.3 Oceanside April 6, 2024. The Ironkids Run offers youngsters the opportunity to feel the excitement without the pressure of a competitive race. Run distances are based on the child’s age and interest. Ages 0-17 are encouraged to participate. Child participants will receive a race bib, medal, bag, and the pride of calling themselves an”IRONKID.” Ironkids race location is on The Strand under the Oceanside Pier. Families can register children at the link above.

Ironman Oceanside 70.3 is kicked off April 6 at the Oceanside Harbor for the swim portion. From there, participants bike through Camp Pendleton and the San Onofre Bluffs. Then on to the run portion of this grueling race. The two-loop, 13.1-mile course runs down into the Harbor, on The Strand, and through the neighborhood before a spectacular finish near the Junior Seau Pier Amphitheater. Come cheer on these athletes from around the world!
