John Franklin Named Deputy Mayor for the City of Vista

Each year, a Deputy Mayor is voted on by the City Council to support the Mayor and fill in for her. Joe Green has been Deputy Mayor for the last year and tonight Mayor Judy Ritter nominated John Franklin as the next Deputy Mayor. It was seconded by Deputy Mayor Green and it passed unanimously.
