The Carlsbad City Council held a public hearing Tuesday August 22, 2017 and voted that K1 Speed should not serve alcohol. City Council voted 4-1, to reject the planning commission’s decision to approve the permit to sell alcohol for K1 Speed. Mayor Matt Hall was the one vote who voted against the appeal.
