Leadership Change at Operation HOPE-North County

We wanted to inform you of an important update regarding our organization.

Please find attached a letter from our Board of Directors announcing a leadership change within Operation HOPE-North County. After almost two years of dedicated service, our Executive Director, Jaime “Jimmy” Figueroa, has decided to transition out of their role to pursue new opportunities. We are immensely grateful for his leadership and contributions during his tenure, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

The attached letter outlines our commitment to maintaining our services for families with children and single women experiencing homelessness during this transition period. It also provides contact information for any inquiries you may have regarding the leadership transition or our organization’s operations.

Your continued support means the world to us, and we are dedicated to continuing our mission.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

Warm regards,

Beatriz “Bea” Palmer, M.A.
