Local Church Lights Up Historic Downtown Vista

On November 14, 2020, 40 plus volunteers from North Coast Church and North San Diego Young Marines came together to install the Christmas lights in Historic Vista. Volunteers from North Coast Church have been lighting up the town for the last eight years. The Young Marines have helped for the last two years. They decorated 38 trees, 24 lampposts, the area and fence around the fountain and the Main Street Gazebo with lights. The red ribbon was also attached to light poles all along Main street and Broadway. What a beautiful downtown

Community Service Pastor, Connor McFadden said, “Our volunteers look forward to this Community Service Project every year. It is called ‘Light The Town’. We look forward to expanding the project to decorating with red ribbon on the completed Paseo Sante Fe Corridor.”
