Vista – Local NonProfit Seeks Volunteers to serve as Board Members. Vista Silver Star Foundation was founded in 2013 with the mission of collaborating with citizens and community businesses to enhance the quality of life for the Vista senior community. VSSF’s primary goal is to partner with the City of Vista and the Gloria E. McClellan Adult Activity Center in their commitment to support healthy lives for Vista’s seniors.
