The North County Transit District (NCTD, The District) is unveiling their new bi-level COASTER cab cars and coaches in celebration of the COASTER’s 30th Anniversary. New bi-levels will be open to the media, officials, and the public to tour.
On February 27, 1995, the COASTER commuter rail service commenced with six morning trains and six evening trains.
