After a holiday break, our TGIF Concerts series is back Friday with a band that delivers a mix of ‘80s pop, new wave and classic alternative music. I’ll give the full details below on this week’s TGIF concert, one of Carlsbad’s most popular traditions and a perfect example of how city parks and special events help bring our community together.
