Governor Gavin Newsom announced Thursday, the State of California is imposing an overnight curfew which will take effect Saturday 11/21 at 10pm continuing to 5am and indefinitely while the county remains in the purple tier. CEASE & DESIST!! Three Vista businesses were given cease and desist orders as of Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Smitty’s Downtown, Anytime Fitness and The GYM on Thibodo Road. These businesses were operating outside the Purple tier guidelines according to the county. As of 11/21/2020 at 10pm ONLY essential travel is allowed after 10pm in the county. The County of San Diego Health Department along with San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies are enforcing the Order.
