CSULA’s Morgan Sjoerdsma is the first non-CSUSM student-athlete to be named CCAA Champion as Jaime Jacob was the individual medalist in 2018 and 2019.
CSUSM dominated in Par 4 (+59, 4.39) and Par 5 (-11, 4.82) scoring for the tournament.
The Cougars tallied a tournament-best 144 pars, narrowly passing Cal State East Bay by one.
