On behalf of the Board of Directors of North Coastal Prevention Coalition (NCPC), we would like to invite you to complete a short, 5-minute, survey. Over the past few months, NCPC Board of Directors has launched Strategic Planning efforts to prioritize issues, build community support and demonstrate our impact to support our mission. In order to do this, we have created a 9-question survey to gather the community’s input and feedback on NCPC and substance abuse topics you are concerned with in your community. Our goal is to collect as many responses from community members (youth and adults), leaders, groups and organizations.
