The North San Diego County NAACP will host its annual Blue and Gold Freedom Fund Awards Gala at the Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa, 5480 Grand Pacific Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008, on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to commemorate its 57th year of advocacy.
This year’s theme: “Voting is our Superpower” suggests that we are tenaciously fighting back to dismantle barriers to voting and empowering citizens to exercise their right through activism, legislation, and education.
The Blue & Gold Freedom Fund Awards Gala is a yearly black-tie event and one of the most esteemed occasions for the NSDC NAACP. It’s the ideal chance to honor people, groups, churches, and service members who have made remarkable leadership contributions to enabling others not just in North San Diego County but across the world.
