NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, acting on behalf of the City Planner of the Chartered City of Vista, intends to adopt Zoning Administrator Resolution 2025-09, approving a Tentative Parcel Map, Planning Case File No. P22-0197, for a four-lot residential subdivision located at 1874 Anna Lane (APN 183-151-31-00). The proposed subdivision is located on the south of Woodland Drive and Anna Lane. The subject property is located within the R-1 Residence Zone. The subdivision divides the existing 1.92-gross-acre parcel into four parcels and one remainder lot. The property is currently vacant. A copy of the Tentative Parcel Map and all supporting application documents are available for review at the Vista City Hall Planning Division. The review period for this project ends on May 27, 2025, at which time the decision of the Zoning Administrator will be made. All comments must be received in writing by that date. After the decision is made, the decision may be appealed in writing by June 9, 2025, and must be accompanied by a $729.93 appeal fee.
