This is your opportunity to nominate a Hometown Hero to be recognized during the 27th Annual Oceanside Independence Parade!
MainStreet Oceanside is seeking nominations for the 2023 Hometown Heroes. This annual recognition honors residents who have made a significant contribution of time and energy through volunteerism outside their normal scope of work to improve quality of life, promote positive community development, and enhance neighborhoods in Oceanside.
The Honoring Our Hometown Heroes theme was created to honor local heroes of Oceanside who have contributed to making our community a wonderful place to live.
There are no restrictions as to race, ethnicity, age, or type of volunteer service. However, only residents of Oceanside will be considered. Nomination forms are available on the parade website OceansideParade.com or by using the submit button below.
The deadline to submit nomination forms is 5:00 p.m. on April 14, 2023. Selected Hometown Hero(es) will be honored in the Oceanside Independence Parade on Saturday, June 24, 2023 and must be available on that date and able to ride down the parade route.
