PROGRAM: Arlene Tendick of the Oceanside Transit Center Project

ODC has hosted 2 meetings where we discussed the new Oceanside Transit Center project. We’ve had worthwhile discussions and have invited Arlene Tendick to speak with us about updates and answer several questions.

Arlene Tendick is the Community Outreach liaison for the redevelopment of the Oceanside Transit Center. The project is a collaborative effort between North County Transit Center and Toll Brothers Apartment Living. The redevelopment will convert the existing transit center into a mixed-use hub that includes new NCTD headquarters, mixed-income housing, contemporary dining and retail, better pedestrian circulation and an improved transit experience.
