The North County Transit District is proposing to redevelop the Oceanside Transit Center at 235 S.Tremont Street. The proposed project includes new mixed-income apartments, hospitality, office space, shopping and dining options, with a modernized transit center, including improved pedestrian and bicycle circulation. The existing parking structure would remain. The plan is expected to be brought before the City Council in late 2023.
