In 2016, the City purchased the property at 234 Pala Vista Drive, located along Civic Center Drive, north of Highway 78. The goal is to develop the space into a small community park to meet the community’s recreational needs and to provide a welcoming entryway into the city. The City has partnered with ASR Landscape Architecture to design the new park site. City staff provided an overview of the 60% design plans proposed for the park to the City Council. The Council directed staff to move forward with the design elements.
