Come out to this FREE event on August 17, 2019, from 9am to 1pm and see Johnson Field, home of the Palomar Radio Control Flyers Club, founded in 1955. Experience the fun of RC flight with demos of acrobatic planes, model helicopters, quadcopters, jets, gliders, and more, and see what the hobby is all about. Celebrate model flying, friendship and fun!
Lunch is available on site, and members will be available to answer your questions.
Want to learn to fly for free? Come out to Johnson Field on Monday nights 5pm-Sunset, from now until the end of October.
Johnson Field is located just northeast of the intersection of I-15 and Highway 76/Pala road in Fallbrook. From Interstate 15, go east on Pala Road approximately 1/4 mi. to Pankey Road and turn north, past the horse trail parking signs. continue down to the end of the road, through the open gate, and straight ahead on the dirt road to Johnson Field!
