Pathway Health Clinic is pleased to announce its third accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). AAAHC is a leader in the accreditation field, with a specialized focus on ambulatory health care.
“We have voluntarily undergone three accreditations since 2019,” says Chief Executive Officer Leslie Salazar-Carrillo. “AAAHC accreditation reflects our commitment to providing high-quality patient care and demonstrates our intentional approach to organizational design. Being part of this elite group of accredited organizations sends a clear message to our patients about the exceptional care they can expect from our medical team and assures the community of our strong governance and operational standards.”
For 27 years, Pathway Health Clinic has proudly served the North San Diego community. As a licensed non-profit medical clinic, PHC offers a range of services, including no-cost pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, affordable STD testing and treatment, and Well-Woman exams. In addition, their no-cost social services include parent education, a postpartum depression support group, and after-school tutoring for school-aged children whose parents are enrolled in Pathway to Parenting.
“We look forward to expanding our medical and social services in the future to make an even greater impact on the North San Diego County community,” adds Leslie.
