Los Angeles-based pizzeria Pitfire Pizza, renowned for its 26-year legacy, has expanded to Carlsbad, marking its first venture into the San Diego area. Opening at Beacon La Costa, this 3,500-square-foot restaurant adds a ninth location to the Pitfire Pizza family. Famous for their California-style pizzas crafted on fermented sourdough crusts, the menu also offers an array of starters, salads, pasta, desserts, and a full bar with cocktails, beers, and wines. The move is part of American Gonzo Food Corporation’s strategy to introduce more of its brands to San Diego County.
