This October marks the 18th anniversary of Queen Califia’s Magical Circle being open to the public. Niki de Saint Phalle’s sculpture garden, located in Kit Carson Park, is her last major project and stands as one of only four large-scale sculptural environments designed and built by the artist and her studio.
