The Boys & Girls Club of Vista had a fantastic return to in-person events at our 3rd Annual Rock & Roll Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament raising over $26,000 to support our Music programs. The evening began with a delicious meal provided by Full Metal Burger and dessert from Little Cakes. Guests were impressed with performances by the Music Maniacs who kicked off the evening with a rendition of “We Will Rock You” and included original songs by Club Member Grace, a Junior at Mission Vista High School.

The tournament included 88 players with Board Member Daniel Pencak coming in 1st place. The top 10 players received prizes for their participation. The event was sponsored by the Arthur Q. Johnson Foundation, David T. & Dorris E. Staples Foundation, US Bank, Edward Jones, Wells Fargo Wealth Advisors, Peppertree Frostee, and Raising Canes.

BGCV is grateful for the support raised for our Music programs that are offered as a part of daily programming at the Main Site and Raintree Park locations. Keep your eyes open for more performances from our talented Club members.
