The City of San Marcos has posted its draft consolidated annual performance and evaluation report, CAPER, on its website for public review and comment. The draft report has been available for the public to review since Thursday, Sept. 14. The city will keep the report on its website until Sept. 28, 2023, for public comment in compliance with the community development block grant, CDBG.
The CDBG is used to assist low to moderate income residents, households and communities to ensure they are connected with viable resources to expand their economic opportunities. For the City of San Marcos to receive these funds, it must develop an annual action plan and CAPER outlining how it plans to use the funds.
