On August 1st, 2025, San Marcos deputies responded to the 300 block of Buena Creek Road, San Marcos and learned three juvenile females (16-years-old, 17-years-old, and 17-years-old) were drugged and sexually assaulted by four middle aged men at the 200 block of Woodland Parkway, San Marcos. Detectives with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Sexual Assault Unit (SAU) responded to the scene to assist patrol deputies with the investigation.
During the investigation, the suspects were identified as David Alvardo (41-years-old), Eusebio Aguilera (35-years-old), Aldo Alfonso Cebrian Hernandez (31-years-old) and Samuel Rodriguez Rodriguez (44-years-old). Alvarado, Aguilera, Hernandez and Rodriguez were arrested and charged with 288.4 (b) PC – Arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes, 261(a)(4) PC – Victim unconscious of nature of act, 287(b)(1) PC – Oral copulation with under 18 years old, and 289(a)(1) PC – Penetration by a foreign object. Alvardo, Aguilera, Hernandez and Rodriguez were booked into the Vista Detention Facility.
