The Vista City Council is scheduled to consider expanding the City’s existing polystyrene (Styrofoam) ordinance at its August 11 meeting. The proposal could affect businesses that sell or use certain foam products, including shipping and packing materials, coolers, egg cartons, pool and beach toys, and other items.
As part of our role in advocating for the business community, the Vista Chamber is gathering feedback from our members to better understand the potential impacts of this proposal. Whether you anticipate a significant impact or no impact at all, we would appreciate hearing from you.
