NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the
following matter:
P21-0300, CAMINO LARGO – California West Communities
A request for approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Site Development Plan and Tentative Subdivision Map for 46 single-family dwelling units located at 2123 N. Santa Fe Avenue (APN: 159-240-07-00).
NOTE: If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Vista at, or prior to, the public hearing.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED to participate and express opinions on the matter outlined above.
