The State Street Farmers Market will be hopping today! In addition to two new, hot food guest vendors (Lady G’s Canteen and Full Belly BBQ) come experience a live cooking demo by Chef Brad Thomas of the Compass Restaurant as he makes a spring salad with blackened fish using ingredients from the farmers market vendors. Cooking demos will take place at the top of the hour at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. Demos last about 10 minutes; standing room only. Sample Chef Brad’s culinary creation and take home the farm-to-table recipe and ingredient list too!
