NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on February 5, 2019, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P18-0440 – BANQUET HALL AND PERFORMANCE VENUE – WILCO INVESTMENTS, LLC
The project applicant, Wilco Investments, LLC, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow for a banquet hall inclusive of an assembly use, live performance venue and beer/wine bar (Type 42 ABC License) in an existing commercial building at 306 S. Santa Fe Avenue (APN 175-304-01). This project has been determined to be exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 – Existing Facilities.
