The Carlsbad Village Association has commissioned 10 talented local artists to bring the season to life through a colorful temporary art installation titled “Spring Kaleidoscope.” From March 23 to April 21 fields of flowers, blooming designs, and eye-catching creations will adorn storefronts and public spaces in the downtown Carlsbad.
