Thank you to everyone who attended today’s Holiday Open House! We all know how difficult the last year has been for so many people, during COVID in this crazy world that we live in, to have our neighbors and our community members together is wonderful!
I want to give a special shoutout to The Veterans Association of North County Resource Cente, The Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton, Interfaith Community Services, Universidad Popular, Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation, and the North Coastal Prevention Coalition for stepping up over the last year, helping those in need and making North County an even better place. Today, we honored them with our Community Hero Awards.
Also, I want to thank everyone who brought a toy for the Armed Services YMCA at Camp Pendleton.
