The Chamber’s Rising Star Student of the Month Program, launched in 2021, aims to champion students that have overcome significant challenges in their lives while managing to keep on track with their education.
During the 2023-24 school year, the Chamber honored a total of 29 students at its monthly Rising Star breakfast events. These amazing students were each given the opportunity to share their stories of resilience and persistence.
All Students who are recognized as Rising Stars are invited to apply for the Rising Star Scholarship through the Oceanside Chamber Foundation. In the first three years of the program, a total of 51 students received more than $94,000 in scholarships.
