locating the vehicle and driver that fled the scene of a traffic collision leaving the
victim with serious injuries in the Mid-City area of San Diego.
On March 7th, 2021, at about 3:00 p.m., a 47-year-old victim was putting his (7-yearold) child into the back seat of his 2017 Toyota Corolla. A silver Saturn Vue, heading
westbound in the parking lot, swerved to the left and pinned the 47-year-old victim up
against the rear door of the Corolla. The victim suffered severe lower extremity

westbound through the shopping center and exited onto Redwood Street.
Surveillance video from a nearby business captured the Vue leaving the scene.
