Last Thursday evening, on Nov. 5, 2020, the rebirth of the ever changing Paseo Santa Fe corridor in Vista, CA, offered up another step with the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Terrace Lofts in downtown Vista’s “Arts and Culture District” located at 516 S. Santa Fe Avenue. Lev Gershman, Founder and Managing Partner of Tideline Partners and Chris Schoeneck, Director of Development at Tideline Partners are heading the construction of the project.

Terrace Lofts will be a five-story apartment building designed for a discerning renter looking for a home in a walkable and well amenitized neighborhood. Unlike most developments that profile for a specific demographic, Tideline Partners believes Terrace Lofts will attract residents similar in their spirit of creativity, curiosity, and appreciation of the arts. Many local artists are displaying their work at the project and are available for purchase. Funds will be donated to the local art foundation.

The groundbreaking attracted many business owners, the Vista Chamber of Commerce, City leaders and City staff, the Mayor of Vista, Judy Ritter and City Councilmembers. 508 Tavern hosted the groundbreaking affair where they served up their award winning tacos, beer and wine. Music was enjoyed and provided by the Seaside Ramblers.
