August 16, 2022 – The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has announced the addition of their newest team member, Rodolfo Salazar, who has stepped into the role of General Manager. He brings with him 16 years of hospitality experience and seven years of working with the Hilton brand.
Before joining the Cassara Carlsbad team, Salazar gained hospitality experience by working with other high-end brands such as IHG, Choice, LQ and Marriott. Salazar began working at Hilton Glendale in 2013 as a Front Office Manager and worked his way up to Complex Front Office Manager, Complex Director of Operations, and Complex Assistant General Manager. In 2020, Salazar was recognized for his role in successfully modifying hotel needs for COVID-19 staff training, hotel layout and ensuring the hotel adhered to all CDC guidelines while working at H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton.
“I’ve enjoyed working under the Hilton brand and look forward to continuing my career at the Cassara Carlsbad,” said Salazar. “I plan to use my customer service expertise to create the ultimate destination for travelers in Southern California.”
