Volunteers are needed to help put on the best event yet including set up on September 21st before the start of the festival.
The event weekend will include the world’s largest women’s surf competition, live concerts and other stage entertainment, a festival village with vendors, a female only esports tournament, fitness classes, food, and much more!

Volunteers are responsible for many aspects of the event, including but not limited to event operations, promotion, athlete registration and management, catering, the festival village, hospitality, competition management, photography, and guest services.
No event would be possible without the generous help of volunteers! Working at the event is a great opportunity to get an insight into the production and execution of a major action sports event and music festival. Service hours paperwork for any school or organization that tracks volunteer hours will be signed.
NOTE: This event is not affiliated with the California Surf Museum but is an opportunity for those interested to be a part of the biggest surf contest in Oceanside, which we are happy to advertise.
