I want to supply you with two Easy Peasy hamburger recipes for Labor Day so you can be a Rock Star. Have Fun!
Tina’s Chorizo Burger
1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
1/2 lb Beef Chorizo
1/2 c. Chopped cilantro
1 Jalapeno minced
4 oz. Diced green chiles (Do not drain)
6 T. Grated butter
Pinch of salt
1/4 t. pepper
Mix together all the above. You can divide into regular size patties or slider size patties.
Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and refrigerate before cooking, then either BBQ patties or cook on a cast iron griddle with a little Olive Oil on the griddle.
If you want, you can use pepper jack cheese if you like heat or Monterey jack cheese.
I like to make Sriracha mayo:
1 c. mayo
1 to 2 T. Sriracha (depending on the heat you like).
Tina’s Turkey Sliders (Makes 12)
