Expect delays as crews work to install and synchronize signal
Crews work to replace Borden Road traffic signal Motorists can expect delays at the intersection of El Norte Parkway/Borden Road and Woodland Parkway through Thursday, Nov. 2 as crews work to replace a traffic signal that was damaged during a traffic accident.
Until the signal is fully operational, the signal’s system will be on red flash mode. While on flash, vehicles should treat the intersection like a stop sign, come to a full stop and then proceed with caution.
The new signal will restore traffic flow in the area and help motorists travel safely through San Marcos.
