Our original TransFARMation Serve to Solve Project took place right in the middle of COVID and provided quarantined community members with fresh, organic produce, that our Overcomers and current residents of Solutions for Change grew, harvested, packed and delivered in FarmBoxes, at no cost to them!
This was such a hit that our Overcomers just approved TransFARMation 2! A “Solve It Team” of Overcomers has been created and will connect with local churches and businesses to set up a TransFarmation Stand right in your place of worship or business.
Our Overcomers plan to TransFarm our community relationships from the ground up, so stay tuned for more details!
