The 34 single-family Tri Pointe dwelling development, located adjacent to S. Melrose Drive and Matagual Drive, will host a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, February 21 from 11am-2pm, featuring a DJ, giveaways, a Food Truck, and meetings with a new home advisor and tours of the two model homes and the 5.5-acre Tri Pointe site. The project, approved in 2023 by the Vista Planning Commission and City Council, has construction for the first phase of the project and anticipates completion of the first homes in June and the home buyers then meeting with the Design Team for each home. Earlier this week forty-eight brokers and Realtors had responded to an invitation from Tri Pointe, and many were attending a presentation by Tri Pointe employees about the development and strategies when approaching interested buyers and all the things this Tri Pointe development has to offer.
Currently there are 22 approved home buyers ready to take the next step toward owning a Tri Pointe home in Miravar. The process starts with interested parties signing up on an interest list with Tri Pointe. They were then invited to join a Priority Group to begin the process of qualifying for purchasing a Tri Pointe home and taking an in-person tour, getting pre-qualified and beginning the new home purchase agreement and loan application process. Tri Pointe Connect is their affiliated mortgage company. Each home buyer works with a New Home Loan Consultant and a New Home Advisor.
The Tri Pointe Miravar Development consists of 34 two-story homes ranging in size from 2,321-2,435 square feet. The homes have 4-5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 bay garages. There are 4 styles to pick from – Farmhouse Modern, Contemporary, Ranch and Farmhouse Coastal. There will also be a Tot Lot with play equipment and a dog park. Home prices range from $1.225 million to $1.265 million and a range of options are available to personalize your home. The HOA monthly fees are estimated to be $285 dollars.
