The City of Vista Fire Department purchased two ambulances from Life Line Emergency Vehicles. The purchase will allow the Fire Department to maintain a fleet of four front line ambulances, with three ambulances in reserve. The purchase price of each ambulance was $201,007 for a total purchase price of $403,014. On Monday afternoon November 5, 2018, North County Daily Star was given a tour of the new Rescue Ambulance.
