Why: To discuss what we, the people paying into the Vista Business Improvement District, would like done with those funds
Who: Primarily the Business Owners, Managers and/or Decision Makers for businesses within the Business Improvement District, but the meeting is not restricted. Anyone wishing to share ideas respectfully is welcome.
