NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public meeting in the Vista City Hall Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on September 14, 2021, at 5:30 PM, to discuss a potential General Plan Amendment and Zone Change affecting 4.27 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of Sunset Drive and Sky Haven Lane, as shown above (APN 166-450-39, 166-450-40, and 166-751-44). The discussion will involve a proposed General Plan amendment from General Commercial to Medium High Density Residential and a zone change from C-1 to R-M(15) for a proposal to develop 55 townhome units on the subject properties.
